Tenchi Muyo

Tenchi Muyo is the first of three of the Tenchi Series. This story starts off with Tenchi a 16 year old boy who disobeys his grandfather and sneaks into a demon's cave. He foolishly takes an ancient sword which awakens an evil but yet beautiful demon named Ryoko. Thus Ryoko commences an attack on tenchi in which the victor is ironically Tenchi. Thus Ryoko decides to stay with Tenchi in order to attain the jewels that are within the acient sword.

However many more characters enter the Tenchi Muyo series. The first of these characters is Ayeka who happens to be the princess of Juria who happens to be looking for the ancient sword. Thus she finds her way to earth and decides to attack Tenchi and Ryoko in order to gain the sword and find the answers to her brothers death. Along with Ayeka comes her sister Sasami who happens to be the better of the two sisters mainly she is a character who's basic talents are cooking. The next character to enter the Tenchi series is ryo-oki which is a cat like character which transforms into ryoko's spaceship. After Ryo-oki comes Mihoshi which is part of the elite Galaxy Police Force. Unfortunately she is a total idiot who does nothing but talk too much, eats too much, and sleeps more than what she fights.

The Final Character introduced in the Tenchi Muyo series is the smartest of the Group Washu or should I call her the way she prefers little Washu. I personally think that she is the best character in the Tenchi series. Washu basically is the genius of the group basically in this series it is revealed that she is Ryoko's mother in a sense. The best way to describe her personality is the mad scientist type. The main villain of this series is Kagato who is in my opinion is one of the best and most treacherous villains ever. But like all hero series Tenchi makes short work of Kagato. My only complaint with the Tenchi Muyo OVA series is that it ends too early there are only 12 episodes in the whole series.

However there are two more series that follow the OVA series and with them comes the introduction to a new take on a familiar villain. As well as one brand new character who happens to be Mihosi's partner her name is Kiyone. Well if your still intrested check out my tenchi universe review.
